Thai Yoga Massage is an ancient form of healing, a mixture of Energy Healing, Yoga, Acupressure, Ayurveda, and Chiropractic style adjustment. A full body massage that restores prana (life force) by focusing on the zen lines in the body to release energy blockages, prompt deep healing and restore optimal health. It has been nicknamed “Lazy Yoga” due to some of the postures that are used, which can relieve muscle and join tension, increase flexibility and create a perfect balance of feeling relaxed and energised.
These Massages are floor based on a futon or mat with the client fully-clothed in comfortable, loose-fitting clothes. I work with my body and body weight in a rhythmic, meditative state throughout using fingers, thumbs, palms, elbows, feet, and knees. Our bodies tell our own unique story, due to many factors. I tune in intuitively with each massage to adapt focus, pace and movements accordingly. Often I find a slower rhythm allows a more open response where deeper work physically, emotionally and energetically can be achieved.
It is advised not to eat a big meal before your massage
Chi Nei Tsang was developed by the ancient Taoist Chinese as a holistic form of massage, with the understanding that negative energeries obstruct the internal organs and cause knots in the abdomen. The purpose is to clear out toxins, emotions and excess heat or heat deficiencies that cause the organs to dysfunction. It integrates the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of our being.
The massage is 60 minutes, includes a lot of oil and is solely focused on the abdominal area using acupressure points in synchronisation with the exhale breath. Each breath has a sound that relates to the organ being worked on at that time. We work together as I guide you with the sound of the exhale.
It is advised to avoid cold food for 24 hours before and no food 2 hours before and ideally afterwards.
It is not suitable during pregnancy, when menstruating or if you have had abdominal surgery within the last 2 years.
Reiki is a form of energy healing originating from Japan and developed by Dr Mika Usui in the 20th century. Reiki is a non-touch but powerful healing technique that is suitable for everyone. It uses universal energy (life force) to rebalance the energy system and restore free flowing energy to enable our innate natural ability to heal. As well as our physical bodies, our energy bodies hold suppressed emotions, memories, experiences and trauma that can impact every aspect of lives from behaviours, spiritual connection and physical or mental ailments. Everyone can benefit from Reiki healing to create a deeper sense of connection, clarity and harmony in life. Reiki always works with the intention of the highest and greatest good of all.
During a session I work intuitively tuning into your energetic field and guidance from the spirit realm. I tend to focus on the 7 main Chakras (spinning vortexes of energy within us, and endocrines in the body), as well as some additional Chakras. Each session is unique and I may work at removing cords or entities, provide “psychic surgery” or simply direct energy where called to. I may receive visual images, feelings or messages, and you yourself may experience tingling, hot or cold sensations, energy moving, colours, images, emotions or a deep state of relaxation. There is nothing for you to “do” but surrender to the healing. After the session is complete and I have disconnected I share my experiences with you, and you are welcome, but not obliged to share yours. Often the effects of a session can be felt long after you have left the reiki table.
As Reiki is an energy healing, its frequency can transcend through time and space to any time or location, event (past lives or future), situation or being.
Distant/Remote Reiki follows the same principle as an in-person session (please see description above). We arrange a time and connect via zoom. It is ideal that you find a space where you can lay comfortably, undisturbed and are able to relax.
If you are unable to connect on Zoom we can also carry out the session in real time and communicate afterwards using email/messages.

These sessions can be created to suit your individual requirements. Often clients enjoy a “mini” reiki session after a massage. Or perhaps Womb Healing (see description in Womb Healing) and Massage, Yoga Nidra and Massage. Most of the modalities I offer work well together and can seamlessly flow into a longer session.
