Private Yoga Lesson in Clapham or Mobile

Vinyasa Flow/Prenatal/Postnatal/Hatha/Dynamic

Lessons consist of a mixture of prana (breath work), asana (postures) and meditation, but are not limited to this. I can work intuitionally and incorporate Reiki to aid balancing the chakras, include Thai Yoga Massage or work a session around a theme or chakra. Sessions are tailored to suit all levels of experience of fitness: a dynamic flowing vinyasa or a slower paced sequence with postures held, all with modifications and hands on adjustment.

Lessons are 60 or 90 minutes
